Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Item must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
All original components must be included (straps, buckles, packaging, accessories).
Product must be free from damage, excessive wear, or signs of use.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if:
The harness has been worn during riding or use
There are visible signs of wear, stress, or modification
The product has been involved in any accident or impact

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
