MalinkTandem Motorcycle Safety Harness – 30-Day Return Policy

At MalinkTandem, your safety and satisfaction are our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following terms:

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date.
• Item must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
• All original components must be included (straps, buckles, packaging, accessories).
• Product must be free from damage, excessive wear, or signs of use.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

• The harness has been worn during riding or use
• There are visible signs of wear, stress, or modification
• The product has been involved in any accident or impact

Return Process

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
• Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items.
